Daunis Auers, PhD is the Director and Chairman of the Board of LaSER think tank in Latvia. He is also an Associate Professor of Comparative Politics at the University of Latvia and Director of the bachelors programme in political science. During the Chambers of Commerce – 3rd International Conference, which will take place on 14-15 November in Warsaw, he will discuss the new Latvian project in a presentation: “Shaping the future? Launching a new think tank in Latvia“.
The LaSER (Latvian Strategy and Economic Research) think tank was founded in March 2024. It is a non-partisan, pro-business, privately financed institution that promotes research aimed at boosting Latvia’s economic competitiveness. This presentation will explain how LaSER’s research agenda was developed, executed and communicated.
