II. International Relations and Diplomacy Conference “Challenges, Cooperation and Multilateralism in a Changing Global Order” took place at Ludovika University of Public Service on 1-3.10.2026, Budapest.
In the morning Friday panel I dicussed a question: Why Decentralization and Functional Deregulation in Economy require Chambers of Commerce (Polish and Hungarian constitutional references).
This is a part of my cooperation with prof. Peter Zachar, ViceDean at the Ludovika University of Public Service and a member of our Chambers of Commerce International Research Group (CCIRG) who addressed in the same panel the actual discussion about changes in Hungarian Chambers.
