The study of Chambers of Commerce in Europe aims to understand and describe their extremely complex ecosystem and the tasks they perform with business and in the public interest. We focus especially on countries with no (at last) English publications on the subject. And in which we may find local researchers.

This week we spend in Romania, where in cooperation with Faculty of Economics and Business Administration Timisoara, we collecting materials about their chambers of commerce. As a part of this, an extremely valuable meeting with Madalin – Cristian Vasiu, Legal Adviser of Timis Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (Camera de Comerț, Industrie și Agricultură Timiș) took place today. We discussed Romanian chambers and other business environment organizations. It was an extraordinary conversation, and the results should be published soon.
