Studia Prawno-Ekonomiczne (Studies in Law and Economics), founded in 1968, is an interdisciplinary journal that publishes research in the fields of law and economics. For many years, the journal has been attracting the attention of outstanding representatives of law and economics as well as up-and-coming, brilliant young researchers from Polish and foreign research institutions. The journal consists of two parts: legal and economic. Due to the wide range of themes, Studies in Law and Economics positions itself as an international journal with significant national impact.
