Dr. Ulrich E. Zellenberg is author of numerous publications on topics related to the history of ideas, constitutional law, and administrative law. He is co-editor of the most comprehensive commentary on Austrian constitutional law and focuses on issues related to the organization of the state, the performance of state functions, good governance, and functional self-government.
