On May 25, 2026, Piotr Marciniak, PhD – member of our Research Group, visited the office of the Croatian Chamber of Economy in Dubrovnik. The meeting, organized courtesy of NIKOLINA TROJIĆ, President of the Dubrovnik County Chamber, and with the support of office staff, aimed to discuss the organization, work, and challenges faced by the HGK – Hrvatska gospodarska komora.
Study visits and direct conversations with chamber representatives constitute an extremely up-to-date source of information – especially in the absence or limited number of scientific publications on chambers of commerce and other business environment organizations operating in individual countries. The study visit was also a preparatory step for the implementation of another comparative research project involving chambers of commerce in the Balkan region.
