Patrycja Piasecka is a PhD candidate at the Institute of Law Studies, Polish Academy of Sciences and an attorney. She specializes in constitutional and tax law. During the Chambers of Commerce – 3rd International Conference, which will take place on 14-15 November in Warsaw, she will explain the “Constitutional framework for the establishment of public law chambers of commerce and conditions for the delegation of administrative law tasks (authoritative and non-authoritative). The case of Poland.“.

The legal basis for the creation and operation of chambers of commerce around the world is very different. References to them are very rarely included in constitutions. However, they can strengthen and clearly define the position of such chambers (especially public law ones) in the structure of public institutions. In some cases, constitutional regulation may be required as a basis for the decentralization of public tasks.
